Care Instructions

All Domi products are pre-washed in India so  shrinkage is never a problem. Think before you wash, washing is hard on textiles and on the environment, washing Domi at low temperatures and line drying is a great way to save measures. Always wash with “like “ colors and should you need to remove a stain use an oxygenated  bleach ( we suggest oxy-clean), avoid chlorine bleach. Always remember to unbutton the buttons before washing, the swish-swish of the machine tugs at the
threads holding them on. 

Shipping policy

We know you are excited to get your order, we do our damndest to get it out the door as quickly as possible.

Once a shipping label has been created you will be emailed a USPS  tracking number. If you would like your own special twist on this program just use the contact page and we will be happy to accommodate.

Overnight and speedier shipping options are available at cost - please email sleepdomi@gmail.com to arrange. Lately USPS has been struggling to keep up,  we are sticking with them anyways but if you have a deadline, let us know we can arrange an alternative.

Free domestic shipping is our way of saying thank you for choosing to shop small business with us. 

Smaller orders will go out with the mailman and should arrive in 3-4 business days. Packages shipped with USPS will require a signature unless requested otherwise. Package theft has become a problem if you have a safer system and are willing to carry the liability should the package track as delivered but not arrive please email us  at sleepdomi@gmail.com

If it is a larger order with a high dollar value we will generally use UPS ground which can take a little longer.

Yes, we do ship internationally. As you check out, you will be given two options - shipping with USPS or UPS Expedited.

For Mexico and Canada, shipping will be $15 via USPS - all other international orders is $25 plus duties and taxes.

If you opt for UPS Expedited all shipping expenses, including taxes, customs and duties specific to your country will be your responsibility to pay. This is the speediest shipping option.

USPS is the generally the least expensive option but please be aware and understand that it may be slow getting to you - we are not responsible for the time it may take to reach you, nor do we have any information on its whereabouts once it enters your country. You will be charged duties and taxes however, the broker fee is often waived or far less expensive than with UPS or any other private carrier.

Please make sure you check your local customs and duties policies before purchasing from Domi for every country is different and be aware that under no circumstances are we able to offer a refund if a package is refused by a customer because of high duty costs.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase so returning your goods is no problem, if you want to return an item the following rules apply.

Fill out and return authorization form included in your shipment the item must be returned within 5 work days after delivery the item must be in perfect condition and with all the labels still attached, if items are returned in less than perfect condition a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover the cost , of cleaning or pressing returning articles occurs at the customers own expense and risk; we advise you to keep your tracking number in a safe place,

Domi is not responsible for any loss or left of the returned goods. Tracking lost goods without a tracking number is impossible exchanging articles for other articles is not possible, articles should be returned, and the money will be refunded, you can order the new articles in the webshop yourself, however if  you require a simple size exchange please email us at sleepdomi@gmail.com and we will provide you with a work around as soon as the articles are checked and accepted the return will be processed refunds ( exclusive shipping costs) will be made within 7 days if you should have any questions about the status of your return, or your purchase please send an email to sleepdomi@gmail.com items on sale are final and not returnable.

NOTE: all international duties and customs are the customers responsibility.  If a package is refused because the duty costs are too high, we will be unable to offer you a refund . Please check your local customs and duties policies in your own country prior to ordering as every country is different.This site will calculate the duty and taxes for you
