Any advice on getting a good nights sleep?
Do not watch scary, violent or mind fuck movies before bed.
Stop looking at your phone or computer at least an hour before bed.
If you wake up in the middle of the night, ( speak the following from third person in a commanding voice ). Say OUT LOUD and repeat several times.
LEAVE BARBARA ALONE. ( fill in your name )
LET HER SLEEP.
You will be asleep before you know it.
( it works best if you are alone as you will ultimately scare the shit out of the person sharing your bed.
